Discover R A I S I N S (R & AI Solutions in INferential Statistics) - your dedicated platform for performing Probit Dose/Time Response Analysis with ease and confidence. Simply upload your data to model dose-response or time-response relationships using probit regression, estimate LD/LT values with confidence intervals, and evaluate model significance and goodness of fit. Explore clear summary tables and intuitive visualizations to better understand response probability patterns across different dose or time levels.
Hey! Before proceeding, you can freely explore the app using our built-in datasets. You will love it!.

This tool generates CSV files for Probit (Dose-Response) Analysis. Choose the format that matches how your response data was recorded. All formats support multiple response types as separate columns.
Binary (0/1 per subject)
Each row is one individual subject. Response columns contain only 1 (responded) or 0 (did not respond). Enter the total number of subjects as the number of rows. Multiple response types can be added as separate columns (e.g. Death, Immobility).
Proportion (0-1 value per dose level)
Each row is one dose level. Response columns contain the proportion of subjects that responded, as a value between 0 and 1 (e.g. 0.80 means 80% responded at that dose). No Total column is needed. Multiple response types can be added as separate columns.
Count (raw counts with Total column)
Each row is one dose level. A Total column records the number of subjects tested, and response columns record the raw count that showed each effect. The count in any response column must not exceed the Total. Multiple response types can be added as separate columns.
Tip: Copy and paste numeric values using Ctrl+V. Non-numeric entries are ignored automatically. Download the CSV and upload it in the Probit Analysis tab to estimate LD50/LC50 and other dose levels.
